Abstract: The Lagos State Physical Planning and Development Authority have announced plans for to construct an office complex for Eti-Osa District Planning Office at Ikota Village in Eti-Osa Local Government.

The Lagos State Physical Planning and Development Authority have announced plans for to construct an office complex for Eti-Osa District Planning Office at Ikota Village in Eti-Osa Local Government. Reputable and eligible Building/ Civil Engineering/ Contractor registered with the Lagos State Central Registration Board under category F are invited to formally indicate in constructing the office complex. Included will be the construction of perimeter wall fence for the building.

Prospective Tenders are expected to have good records, proven technical capabilities and good financial standing for the job. The tender documents which include unpriced bill of quantities, form of tender and drawing are obtainable at the office of the General Manager, LASPPDA, Oba Akinjobi Way, Old Secretariat, Ikeja on the payment of a non-refundable fee of one hundred thousand naira (N100, 000) only per tender at the Accounts Department for the collection of the tender documents.

A senior official of the Lagos State Government who spoke on condition of anonymity to Castles explained that the plan of the government to build a new office in Eti-Osa local government is to deliver its services more effectively in the axis. He explained that the old office will complement the work of the new office in the axis and that the new office will be bigger and more public friendly.

Tender documents are to be addressed to the office of the Authority Secretary, Lagos State Physical Planning and Development Authority (LASPPDA) not later than 21st March, 2010.
