Abstract: Chief Kola Akomolede, has been elected the President of the Paris based International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), Nigerian chapter.

Chief Kola Akomolede, a former National Publicity secretary of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers,  has been elected the President of the Paris based International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), Nigerian chapter.

 

He had earlier served at the international level as the secretary-general and President of the Education and Academic Committee of the Body.

Other officers elected at the annual general meeting which took place on Thursday 21st January 2010 are Mr. Gordons Omo-Egbedi Vice President; Mr. Joe Akhigbe - General Secretary;  Mr. Gladstone  Opara - Assistant Gen Secretary; Mr. Adeniji Adele - Treasurer; Mr. Olubiyi Oluwatudimu  Assistant Treasurer and Mr. Sola Enitan - Publicicty Secretary. Dr Ajayi Patunola and Mr. Massey Udegbe were elected ex official members while the immediate past president, Chief R.C. Okafor and his secretary, Mr. Osita Okoli were also coopted into the new executive.
